My McChickens were extremely unsatisfactory. Over cooked & over spicy chicken, burnt buns & condiments so sloppy it was... disgusting. I didn't even bother to eat my second sandwich. I just threw it away. The only redeeming part of my meal was themocha frappe. Which is quite nice for a sweet coffee treat. Hence the 2 stars instead of 1. Read more
The drive through lines are always so quick and the employees are kind. The food is always hot and quick as well. The only issue... is the drive thru entrance can get a little congested since it's also the exit, so if you are parking there on one side, youhave to leave via the drive thru. Read more
It took 20 minutes to get food and we ordered on the app. My burger had a ton of onions on it. My husband's burger had almost... none. Otherwise, it was McDonald's. ??????? My grandson was happy. Read more
The employees here are definitely the best of any of the other locations I've visited! They are fast, professional, polite, and... so patient. I especially appreciated Alex at the register. He made me feel less like a complete loser, totally not even mindingmy frazzled phone fail and exhausted raspy voice. We stopped here after being on the road for hours, so our younger kids could use the play place for a while and get some energy... out. There were only a few other patrons because it was mid afternoon. My daughter has a medical condition and foodsensitivities so she can't eat fried food. This location did not have any salads or options she can eat. We bought her a saladacross the street so she could eat with our family. Tracy came up and kicked us out. Even after explaining that they had no foodto accommodate her she had zero sympathy and told us we'd have to leave. So, after hours in the car already, I took her outwhile the rest of the family finished eating. Will be calling corporate to complain. If you aren't going to accommodate all foodstyles, you shouldn't be discriminatory. Read more
Watch this McDonald's. They will charge you more than what is on your receipt. Then when you question them, they expect you to... show them your app of payment method to prove it when it happened less than 5 minutes ago. Then make you talk to 3 differentpeople to get your money back. So we canceled the order and still had to go inside to try and resolve it. Watch your receipts! Read more
