Reviews for Fire Artisan Pizza in Great Falls, MT
So, i dined here a couple months ago after a fly fish trip. I didn't have very high expectations, but the reviews looked... great.....i mean...it was a pizza joint!! =) But low and behold, i ordered the pizza and french onion soup!!! OMG.....theFrench Onion Soup was FANTASTIC!!! it was thick, it was creamy, it had great flavor and i yearned for more!! so much more that Iwent on a trip to France recently and ordered french onion soup every day and NEVER found anything as good as Fire ArtisanPizza! Grady and his cooks need to enter this in some competition!!! I hope to make a trip again to Great Falls and have anotherbowl....or 2!!! The food here is SO GOOD. The options for the different appetizers, drinks, and main pizzas you can get are excellent. The... service was pretty good, but don't expect to be served very fast all the time, as it can get fairly busy and they only have somany chefs and servers. It's got a great location in town, and if you like a louder, more lively atmosphere, this is a greatstop while you're exploring downtown Great Falls. This place is legit FIRE! They have some really creative and tasty pizzas, their staff is super friendly and helpful. Sierra... is my absolute favorite, she turned me onto my favorite pizza AND my favorite beer here. The Thai pizza while it soundsinteresting, tastes PHENOMINAL! I was skeptical as first, but was soooooo glad Sierra suggested it. And that creamy garlicsauce, really helps take the edge off the heat of those serrano peppers. She also paired me up with a Mint Cider beer that isREALLY good and I don't usually do cider beers. She and the awesome food is why I'll keep coming back! Absolutely delicious! I had the salad/pizza lunch combo with $5 wine...so lunch special and happy hour after 2pm. Husband had... the shrimp bisque soup and Thai pizza which has some kick! Together we shared the bruschetta...very yummy! Atmosphere was verylaid back and chill. Met the owner ...very nice guy! Def a must a visit! Make great falls feel fresh and hip! Read more
