Food was good. But my service sucked. I found out later the server was new, but I feel like it doesn't excuse her actions. She... took our order and then came back later saying she forgot what we ordered. Even though she wrote it down in front of us. Thenshe cam back again asking how we wanted our steaks? Then she brought out my husband's plate 20 minutes before mine. And he wastrying to wait to eat with me, but no one wants to eat a steak cold. So essentially he had dinner and then I had dinner afterhim. And when she brought out the food, our order was still wrong!! It was very frustrating. The food was fine. We chose this restaurant from a list of suggestions for a good meal while on vacation. We ended up choosing the unlimited... boiled shrimp. We were impressed by the quality of shrimp and how it was presented. Our waitress was friendly and helpful butbecame busy towards the end of our meal (the restaurant was packed). My husband and I went here for dinner on June 22nd 2022. The wait staff are amazing.....BUT my steak was the blandest steak I've... ever ordered, Denny's makes better??????? Same thing with my Mac and cheese side dish. My husband ordered endless shrimp thatwere boiled in unseasoned water, served with butter that didn't have any garlic in it!?! It was the definition of "old peoplefood"....which is probably why 90% of our fellow dinners were 50+. Definitely not worth $65 bucks. Read more

Excellent food, I had the tenderloin, very tender and great flavor. They have the rub they cook with on the tables, add some... more.. fantastic! The baked potato was also really tasty, get the works. They have a salad bar so make it the way you want it.Friendly, courteous and helpful staff, Jan, wait maybe Jen, was awesome! I've never met a Ribeye I didn't like, until tonight. I've also never been to a steakhouse that had seasoning, other than salt... and pepper, on the table. I ordered the 20oz boneless ribeye ($44) with the sweet potato with pecan butter sauce, and the saladbar. I had just started to eat my salad when my server came by my table and said my food was coming out. I thought, okay thatwas fast! I had a couple more bites of salad and there was the steak. I had a couple more bites then dug into the steak. Iordered medium rare. It was just over rare, and cool. The hot plate it was on wasn't even warm. The potato was warmer than thesteak. I ate the potato and the server hadn't come by to ask how it was so I stopped another and asked her to get my server.Mine was bringing out another table's food but came over right after. She said it was her fault as my steak had come up before Ihad my salad so she had set it off to the side so it wouldn't be under the heat lamps. I'm sorry, but for $44 for a steak, Ihope for better timing! She took it back and within two minutes came back with a sizzling plate. It was like the chef just putit on the hot plate. The taste was bland at best. Like I said before, there is a seasoning shaker by the salt and pepper. Another table by me was talking to their server about how their shrimp tasted good but the steak had no flavor. I couldn't haveagreed more. Maybe it was an off night. I don't lu e in Great Falls so I for sure won't be back. I would've given one star butthe server was nice. Read more
