Drive in is always closed. Sometimes run out of basic ingredients like lettuce. Hours of operation are spotty. Consistently have... to wait approximately 10 minutes for Impossible Whopper. Seems like only 2 or 3 people work here at any one time. Read more
Called to ask what time they opened, lady on phone said "we open at 730am" pulled in drive through at 7:34 and after a 5 minute... wait, another lady came over the loud speaker and said they don't open until 9am. Hours online state they open at 6am. Someoneneeds to get their ducks in a row and get their times straight. Read more
The customer service is always nice. But the building is rather old and grimy. It looks like they just slapped a new coat of... paint on and called it good. There is always something broken to. Oven, ice cream, drive through sign. So you can never geteverything you want. I general try to avoid this location, but it's not like we have much choice here. Read more
Never fails. Whatever is ordered from drive thru is not ready. Your card will be rung up and you will be told to pull around... front to wait. Doesn't matter if it's a burger or a simple side of chicken nuggets. Read more
UPDATE*** I now enjoy coming through the drive-thru again. Customer service is great. They dont mess up my orders. This makes... for a pleasant experience. 8 months ago: The woman with the horrible acne covered in make-up knows nothing about customerservice. If you order from the drive thru, she will not make eye contact when yanking the card from your hand or when giving youyour food. I really only like going there when Latarshay is working, super nice. Other than that, it's a burger king that tasteslike burger king. Good whoppers. Read more

Food was good. The egg-normous burrito ???? was huge. Spicy sauce packets aren't spicy at all. They need to be spicier, like a... medium sauce, instead of a mild one. I enjoyed the French toast sticks. Excellent coffee ??. Read more
