Ordered a family order of pasta and instead got 2 singles with no bread sticks even though I ordered them and still had to pay... full price. Terrible service. Read more
Ordered delivery told me 30 to 40 mins and her I am an hour and a half later still waiting! Won't order from here again. I'll... take my business to Gambino's. Atleast they are on time when the give you a time! Read more
Pizza was hot and service was quick. My only complaint is our breadsticks came with picante sauce and not marinara.
I ordered my food at 8:09 P.M and waited about an hour until I started to call them in order to figure out what was going on... with my food. I was calling for around 20 minutes before I gave up and decided to drive to the store myself. Mind you my orderonline had said that it was on it's way yet when I arrived to the store it hadn't even been taken off the shelf. I can onlyassume that my order had been sitting there for around 30-40 minutes. After waiting for so long I decided to take my DELIVERYorder to my house myself. Food was cold and stale making it almost inedible. Absolutely appalling customer service which madethe experience a definite never again scenario. Read more
