I just called kfc to make sure they were open and the person answering the phone said that they are already closed at 5:42pm due... to Thanksgiving Holiday tomorrow. This place of business has very poor management skills. Every time I go in kfc the employeesare different. I can see why with such poor managers. Ordered two # 2 meals with upgrade to 2 breasts. I took it to go, when I got home I had 1 breast , 3 thighs. Don't they know the... difference. big difference in price. Read more
Went through the drive through? The gal was rude, so they had a bus come through. The dining room was empty. we literally sat in... the drive-through for five minutes before anybody responded again, only after I said hello? she wasn?t going to ask me what wewanted for our sides, didn?t ask if we wanted dipping sauces, then our order didn?t have napkins, dipping sauce, or eatingutensils. Must of ran out of gravy and told no one. Gave me gravy that is not the right gravy was so nasty tasting could not even eat it.... I only go there for the potatoes and gravy and that?s it because normally the gravy is kfc gravy not nasty knock off brand thatis totally disgusting. And the biscuits are hard almost always, why not serve fresh ones during the dinner rush. Maybe make lessearly in the day and make fresh ones right before dinner. I literally threw all my food in the garbage. At least tell people youare out of the good gravy believe me people know and notice. And maybe pay employees more an hour so they make sure they giveyou spoons and condiments. If the gravy is this bad I will not be back and plus not just the bad taste but it had been sittingall day too. Wasted money down the drain. No wait, walked right in, were greeted promptly, order was taken by a friendly, competent male. We were advised there would be... a wait of 4 minutes for the biscuits to be ready. That was not a problem, we obtained our drinks, found a seat, and within acouple of minutes our meal was broight to our table. Sure am glad we didn't wait longer for what was included as a biscuit (seeattached photo). The rest of the meal was typical KFC, but the biscuit was a significant miss. Read more
Came in a little after 8. Sat at drive thru for 10 minutes then decided to go in. Was told they close at 7 every night even... though their hours say till 10pm. (Which was a lie because I have visited after 7pm several times recently.) Was also talked tovery rudely by an employee and the manager and find it very ridiculous to be closing during dinner times. Lost out on myfamily?s sales and 3 others who also came in to ask why they were closed. Not visiting for dinner again. Read more
