So mad! Ordered online, told me be ready for pick up in 12 min. Walked down to pick it up. Lady with an order in her hand comes... towards me. She says, "Are you Door Dash?" I said, "No, I'm customer so and so picking up my order." She said, "This order forDoor Dash, but let me check on your order. (She returns) No, we NEVER received your order. Let me have my Manager talk to youwhen he gets a second." Me: "Okay___" 1HR Later, I'm fuming and Hangry!!! Now 7:12PM ordered at 6:02PM. This is Fast Food y'all!Now I'm calling the bank to see if it actually charged, yep, charged. I?m not going to lie, the delicious patty melts, are what keep me coming back to Freddy?s. At Freddy?s, the patty melts are... made on rye bread ? like they are supposed to be! (an authentic patty melt is not made on Texas toast or any other kind ofbread or bun). The patty melts at Freddy?s are also topped with grilled onions, which only adds to the superior taste of thesandwich. Their skinny fries are delicious but you have to eat them pretty quickly because they do cool off pretty easily,because they are so skinny. The restaurant has a fun, retro feeling to it and it?s always spotless. I have had their regularhamburgers as well which are very good too. Food always hot and fresh made to order. Drive thru takes a little time. Worth the wait though

Staff is usually upbeat/friendly and helpful despite being slammed. Food is good depending on the time of day you choose to eat.... During lunch hours the food is delicious, with the perfect amount of ingredients. However the evening food seems to be craftedwith out care, far too rich with seasoning salt and piled with toppings. Great place for dinning in with the family. Alwaysclean, or in the process of being kept tidy. Worth a try if you?re new to the area. Read more
