This is one of my favorite places to eat. The restaurant is clean, the employees are friendly, and the food is always fresh.
This is an extremely clean store. I have to drive almost an hour to get the A-2 milk I can drink. I decided to pick up groceries... as well. They have a very good variety and the prices are more competitive than the bigger chains. The clerk that helped me wasa delightful young man. He took my things to my car making sure the sacks weren't to heavy for me after I get home. I willcontinue to drive to make my purchases. Read more

This store is struggling. While I was there, the manager asked a staff member to go cover the store area. The staff member gave... immediate sass and attitude to the manager. The manager called over the employee and reprimanded her. (which she should have)but she should have done it in private. AND frankly, I would have sent the employee home! The employee came over to the icecream area and pouted.... refusing to work to help the ice cream kid. There was a line forming. There was trash on the tables,the pop area was sticky, & it's just sad to see this restaurant like this. The restroom was dirty & grimy. I don't remember ever having a bad experience at a Braum's, but that changed tonight. The food was still top notch, but the... service was way below standard. The lady taking our order had terrible listening skills and we picked up on it right away, so werepeated our orders and asked her if she got that. My daughter order a sandwich that you could get with chicken or hamburger.She repeated she wanted chicken at least twice and still got a hamburger. I ordered ice cream and told her I wanted to pay forit now, but didn't want it until after I ate. The next thing I know, a few minutes later I'm getting handed my ice cream. I toldthem I said I didn't want it until after I ate and her shift manager got upset with me. Then when I did go up to get my icecream, I overheard them talking about us, blaming the whole situation on us. What's up with kids these days that they refuse totake responsibility for their own irresponsible actions? This store is a joke and we won't ever frequent it again! Read more
Dine-in or drive through, very convenient! Grocery is convenient as well. Their place is always very clean. Their ice cream is... awesome. My husband loves their hamburger and fries. He says they serve the best fries in town! Read more
No Hot fudge? grilled chicken was unedible. Weird color as well. And the Coffee machine was down.
4 of us ate at the restaurant. We grabbed some burgers to go making 7 in total. 3 wound up with flu like symptoms and 2 more... with stomach aches. I suspect food poisoning and this is the common point as my daughter and I were visiting friends. Read more
