The Carbonara is more like Alfredo than Carbonara. I haven't had spaghetti Carbonara in years, but seeing it on the menu got me... excited. What came out was not Carbonara. There were bits of bacon (yes it should have been at least slab bacon, or at evenbetter Guanciale). and there was lots of cream. No creme fraiche or really the right way would have been raw eggs + extra yolks. However there was a lot of chicken. Why? It's not necessary, and it's not part of what carbonara is about. It tasted fine- butif I wanted chicken I would have liked a piece of chicken on the side- not drowning in the cream sauce of my ersatzcarbonara. The rest of the food was great- the calamari and wings were well fried and the service was super fast. I just haveissue with that one menu item. Read more

The food here is fantastic. We had the Large Greek Salad - the portion was truly large! The special Shrimp Ravioli had a fresh... tomato sauce that was to die for. The tomatoes were clearly from local farms - they were in season. And the Baklava was fresh -had a nice kick of nutmeg and cinnamon. What a fantastic lunch! Read more

Four Brothers makes excellent pizza. And id you're interested beyond pizza, the entire menu offers a broad selection of quality... items. They even offer specials. We always get an antipasto which is really special. A small can easily be shared by two people.Their home made dressing is outstanding and even available to purchase by the bottle if interested. I?ve reviewed this place before, but I feel this is very deserving of my review. Today, I ordered zucchini sticks and two... loaded baked potatoes?which, had cheese and bacon on them. I got my bill back and it was $27 dollars. This is utterlyridiculous. I asked the manager for the break down on the cost of the potatoes and this is what I was told: the potatoes were$4.95 each, the cheese was $1 dollar and the bacon was $2 dollars. And the cost of the potato wasn?t even on the menu. I?musually never one to complain about the cost of anything, but $15 dollars for two potatoes is ridiculous. To make matters worse, when I asked the manager about the cost of the potato being on the menu she said ?usually when someone wants to know the priceof something they ask.? I didn?t think I would have to ask what the price of a baked potato is?. Lesson learned. Won?t bereturning?.otherwise, service was fine. Read more

We ordered the chicken parmigiana and ravioli. Looking at the pictures, you literally cannot tell what we ordered due to the... disgustingly abnormal amount of cheese they put on their dishes. There was probably more cheese than actual food on this plate.Under the dense layer of cheese (which disgusted us and we had to remove) there was 4 pieces of very tasty chicken in marinarasauce, ontop of plain spaghetti (dry and with absolutely no sauce?). Large menu, but it seems like they just cover all theirfoods in pounds of cheese. For this reason, I probably wouldn?t eat here again. It was also hard to get service after they gaveus our food. - IG: Medmoves Read more

I really enjoy Four Brothers. The food usually comes out in a timely manner, the wait staff is respectable, and the menu is... pretty big. I had the eggplant bake?the marinara was delicious but the eggplant didn?t have much flavor. Cheese was good.Chicken parm looked tasty?and I have heard it is a fan favorite. Read more

My kids loved the food. I felt that the pizza was the best. However the other stuff was just quick and processed fried foods... (didn't taste like it was from scratch), which is fine to eat sometimes. I called in my order, but they lost the order ticket,so I had to wait upon arrival for them to start cooking. They were very apologetic and threw in a free dressing ???? Read more

Splendid food and drink at the fairest prices. Familial ambience. Grecian murals and statuary. Free wi-fi and friendly... waitstaff. This is the smallest branch of Four Brothers reviewed to date, as it seats only around seventy people. The bathroomis also somewhat small. Parking is abundant in the lot outside. Read more
