Scallop and fried pork belly: scallop could have been seared for a little bit longer to have that crunch I was looking for the... base was interesting cauliflower truffle bisque, pork belly was fried perfectly Oysters $4 each, nothing spectacular abouttheir oysters, a bit of sand in them not worth getting French onion bread: highlight worth getting Service was good. Was here last night celebrating my Birthday with friends. Cafe Adam never disappoints. I had the Steak Frites, perfectly cooked... and delicious. My friends had the Seafood puttanesca and Korean bbq ribs. All dishes were perfect. The staff is friendly andefficient. The drinks are always amazing and creative. Oh my god. This place is incredible. We are getting married in the Berkshires in September but came up for a summer weekend ,... and this place did not disappoint. From the ambiance to the service , to the food , just top notch. We had the burrata appetizer, which was tasty , but the main courses completely stole the show. I had the tuna Bento box , I’ve never had tuna steakcooked so perfectly . It comes with a crab fritter which is to die for. My fiancé had the scallops and pork belly , there areliterally no words to describe how incredible the flavors were. We absolutely LOVED our dining experience at Cafe Adam. We stopped in for dinner at the bar in November while spending the... weekend in the Berkshires. The staff were extremely professional, knowledgeable and went to great lengths to ensure we enjoyedour dining experience and the food and drinks. The mussels were out of this world as was the goat cheese truffle toasts. Thecocktails were on point and seasonally appropriate and the ambiance was great too. Highly recommend for dinner if you’re inthe Berkshires! Read more
