Even after waiting for fresh grilled chicken they still seemed to burn both sides. Order collected incorrectly, but super fast... making it right! Just visited the location on Grayson hwy. I paid for lettuce and tomato on my sandwich and it wasn?t on there and my fries... weren?t seasoned. I went back inside and the young man at the counter was very helpful until he lifted up my bum with his barehands and proceeded to put the same sandwich in the window asking for lettuce and tomato and seasoning on the fries. I asked himif he was asking for lettuce and tomato on the same sandwich that he just touched with his bare hands and he said he didn?ttouch. I told him I want a refund. Visited location on 10/13 was told by the cashier that I could not order food because they were to busy. Not a great way to... treat someone who took the time to drive to your restaurant. I have never been told this by any restaurant ever. I understandit might take longer to receive my order but to basically tell me to leave..we do not want your business is absolutelyridiculous. I waited for 2-3 minutes to place an order while a young man handled the final prep for food items. He then asked for my order.... He had a few layers of gauze and one layer of tape over the palm of his hand. I asked about his wound and why he was handlingfood. He replied ?it?s not like it?s bleeding?. As if pus or an open wound would be better. Exactly how often is a wound coveredin gauze washed/sanitized and replaced? Please don?t blame the kid, the manager knew exactly what why was happening. Tonight?s management Rolando, Marlo?s and their team were really great! Food was delicious and is much better than the... loganville and Monroe locations in my opinion. I usually don?t eat inside but my husband and I ate inside and the customerservice was great! They had really good personalities and were very pleasant. There was even a ?Karen? that came in making ascene that was uncalled for and they handled it very professionally considering how she acted. Highly recommend their team and Ihope to see them more! I go through the drive through of Zaxby?s all the time! The order is always wrong and not good quality. My wife works in the... restaurant industry so I try to be understanding. Not very happy about my most recent visit at the Grayson Hwy location. I purchased an 8 piece boneless wings meal which should... have included 8 wings, Texas toast , fries and a drink. I got home and saw that I had 5 wings , no toast, and the food was cold.If I wasn?t so hungry, and this location?s line wasn?t always wrapped around the building, I would have returned to get what Ipaid for. However, I already spent too much time waiting in line before. Lesson learned; I?ll be sure to hold up the line nexttime to make sure everything that I spent my money on is inside the bag. Read more

Normally I go here and I have no issues. This week I went here, and had a BOGO big Zak snack. The bread was very soggy and the... fries looked as though they were reheated. There were lots of fry crumbs in the bin, and they were not good. I also ordered aextra Zak sauce, asked the lady at the drive-through if it was in the bag and she told me yes. Something told me to check, andit wasn't. I may need to find another Zaxby's that can serve thrle consistent good food I'm used to. Read more
