Barely put any spinach, tomato or cucumbers when I asked twice to add more. Very cheap. I understand the protein portion... control, but the veggies? They also don?t wash their hands in between cashier and sandwich making duties. Read more

They put no pride in making your sandwich. When explaining this to the so called OWNER she could not handle it. Just not classy... and the lack of respect of a customer is unacceptable. I will not be spending my money here ever again. You cannot just throwstuff on bread with it being sloppy and falling of the bread. I made a terrible decision spend my hard earned money with thisbusiness. The so called OWNER was not a very good steward of what God has given her. So sad. But true experience ?? Read more

Cheap owners at this location. I placed an online order for a foot long sub, chips and a 20 oz. Soda for 13 bucks. What I... received was a sandwich with 3 see through slices of meat and small cup for a fountain drink. The only thing that was portionedcorrectly was the bag of chips. I bet if they could figure out how to shrink it they would. The owner actually ran over to arguewith me about the soda not being a bottle! She took the time to pull up the price difference. No wonder your business has NO onethere at noon. Your peak time is noon aka Lunch! I hope you made a few cents more ripping me off. Normally I don?t write reviews, but I have had issues after issue with this subway. I understand that they may be under staffed... from covid, but customers should be able to receive a refund, if they are out of the food that was ordered for pickup. This hashappened to me twice now on two separate occasions and I never received my food I ordered or a refund. Also they wouldn?t allowsubstitutions for the kids applesauce and they also made two really lousy subs tonight. I guess I will take my business toanother subway from now on! Read more

I just had the most horrible service at this Subway. The lady working there tonight is the worst. I think she is the supervisor... for the night or something. I could not get vinegar on my sub because she will not go in the back and refill, could not get fullAvocado scoop because the tray was empty but she charged me for it anyway. Our basketball team was able to take advantage of their catering service. The kids were so thankful and the parents were pleased... about not being forced to purchase high priced options in the area. The service was spot on. They pack gloves in the bags alongwith individual mustard and mayonnaise packets which was clutch for our outdoor experience. Read more

If your employees have long hair please have them tie it up or wear a hair net. Pulling it through a cap does not work. ... Her.hair was in the food at the line, she touched her hair and then touched the food. Never washed her hands and didn't weargloves. We cancelled our order midway. Gross! Read more

I eat subway at least 4 times a week. This store didn?t greet me when I came in, even tho I was there only customer. When I... greeted the lady working she was very rude.
