Was told to use the kiosk for card payment orders. Kiosk doesn?t allow specific orders. Example: I wanted 10 munchkins-glazed.... Kiosk only offered assorted ones. I left and went to the one by BR on 78. They take cash or card at register. And PLEASE cleanthe kiosk screen. Disinfect it. That screen is dirty and unsanitary! Read more
This is the second time in a row that I had ordered a grilled cheese sandwich there and gotten plain bread with cold bread and... cheese. NOT EVEN SLIGHTLY COOKED. This was the most ZERO EFFORT sandwich I?ve ever received. The bottom of the box was warm butit must have been sitting on a heater because the sandwich was 100% uncooked. I say that this was the second time because thefirst time I thought that it could maybe be an accident. But two times in a row it?s just laziness. Why is it every time I go in to pay with Debit, they tell me to go to the kiosk????? They only take cash at the register? Like... WHY DON'T THEY TAKE DEBIT AT THE REGISTER????? I was just inside Dunkin? I was standing at counter while waiting to be served. Two young ladies there was talking among... themselves and one asked me what do I want, am I paying cash or card? I advised Card and she say, oh you can order from kiosks.And said why you can?t take the order? So I left and went to the coffee house right down the street. The coffeehouse cafe justthe few minutes just passed the spotlight and now I am enjoying a nice cup of coffee from the Grayson sweet home café coffeehouse and they do not have a problem giving me what I asked for.
