This place is horrible in terms of customer service. I took a friend there from out of town to get an ice cream cone at the... Baskin Robin's part of their business and was IGNORED for at least 15 minutes and ended up having to leave without even at leasta hello. This place exemplifies rudeness and a I don't care attitude. GROSS SUPER Disgusting !!! Extremely rude employees especially the manager!!! I had been handed my drink when I noticed a nasty... fly in my drink !!! I asked for a refund and a free drink the manager refused and proceeded to call me slurs in his language!!!!As well as his employees they all laughed about the fly and did nothing do not go here extremely dirty inside flys everywheresave your health !!!! I love this Dunkin donuts. They are the only one in the area that will adjust my iced coffee. I've gone to others in the area... and they are not so agreeable. I use the drive through. Everytime I order my iced coffee they know it's me. I order the sameone for myself and my son and when I only order 1 they ask me about it. It's nice to go to a place like this where they knowyou and your orders. Everyone is very pleasant. Read more
