Great food, best soda, and clean restaurant. I have no complaints about this place. The service was fast, the restaurant was... super clean, and Thank GOOODNESS they had pepsi products. I look forward to the day when I can go back to get some more chickenwith that spicy sauce again. The only downside is that the restaurant is hard to find because they are located on a hill, butwell worth a visit. Read more
I don't like KFC but my girls do.... That being said now and again we end up visiting. I can tell you for 100% certain that... ordering ahead of time for large orders is completely pointless. Twice we have ordered a couple days ahead of time for partiesand once we get there nothing is ready. Not just once but two out of two times in the last year. The worse part is they treatyou like a MAJOR INCONVENIENCE for trying to make it easier on them. So then we have to wait for 15 minutes while they geteverything ready... I completely understand why this location is almost entirely empty after church on Sundays. If i actuallyliked their product, I still wouldn't come here. Read more
A new restaurant that has recently been built in Gray, Tennessee, this KFC is across the street from Food City. They have great... staff that will served up those KFC favorites, and the restaurant was very clean along with the bathroom when we last visited.Great job will return soon. Read more
We went to this KFC location late at night and the food was good. Zachary, the cashier, also satisfied our honestly absurd... request of a single pickle slice which he boxed up individually. It really made my night though because I had a craving. We willdefinitely return. Read more
Best KFC in the tricities area. Placed my 1st curbside pickup order here today using the app and when I arrived at the... restaurant they immediately filled the order and everything was correct, fresh and packaged well. We easily fed a group of 6hungry people with the 16 piece tenders family meal. Staff was very kind and courteous and double checked our order to ensure itwas correct. The store itself is always clean and very will lit and decorated. The management and staff do an exceelent job andthis is the only location I will go to because of them. They really care about each and every customer that walks in the door orcomes to the drive thru. Read more
I typically like KFC. However, the one at Gray is pitiful. I've eaten there several times and have been surprised by how much... more the cost of items are compared to other KFCs in the Tri-Cities. For example the chicken breast box meal is $.089 higherthan the one in Kingsport. Today, I got a bucket of chicken. The picture below shows a leg, breast, and thigh compared to aquarter. I think they are using pigmy chickens. On top of this they shorted me a piece. When I opened the box it was halffull. On top of the small quantity there was no flavor. I think they forgot the spices---it was a miserable meal for ourfamily. Read more

Ordered Thanksgiving " Holiday Hot Family Meal" on line. I picked it up. Place was super busy but servers curious and helpful.... Meal was great still hot when I got it home and plenty of food. Thank you. Will do it again in the futute. Read more
