My husband, granddaughter and I stopped in on our way after a football game in Lewiston. The 2 employees that were on were... killing it! That restaurant filled up so fast! Just a warning to the would be customer. My wife used online ordering, ordered 3 sandwiches. Not one sandwich was correct. We... brought two back as proof because one only needed cheese. Upon arriving at home it was evident that the two that I brought backhome were incorrect. Not as bad, but still wrong. We paid extra for avocado on both sandwiches. Neither had avocado and one wasmissing cheese as well. We opted to only call in this time. The employee asked her if she wanted to bring the sandwiches backagain, obviously she was not willing to send me in a third time. When my wife called in the person who made the sandwiches wasdefensive and a bit argumentative. My wife was told to wait about 1/2 hr. for the the employee to call the manager to get her arefund. Apparently the problem is from the top down. The manager did not talk with her, the same employee called. Basically themanagers solution was for us to bring the sandwiches back for a refund. In a half hours time we or course had eaten theincorrect sandwiches. Obviously something with this restaurant is messed up. If you think the customer is well regarded in thisestablishment, I have to marginally disagree the manager and employee seemed to have very little regard for our inconvenience intrying to cordially manage this situation.
