Given the number of customers in front of us, there's no excuse for the excessive amount of time it took to receive our order.... The self-service drink dispenser was out of ice and co2 as well. 11/1/2022 We gave them another chance and every single car inthe drive thru was asked to pull around and park. It took 30 minutes to get our food from the time we ordered. This all happenedwith 3 cars ahead of us when we got to the speaker. Corporate needs to investigate because they are definitely gaming thesystem. Read more

This was our second visit, and the customer service was HORRIBLE both times. It was not busy, but it took a ridiculous amount of... time to get our food. The drink dispenser was out of ice, and the drinks had no carbination. When we told the staff they did notcare AT ALL!! I will be surprised if this restaurant stays open due to their customer service. Read more

Staff is usually not that polite, the chicken quesadillas are always barely cooked, and EVERY TIME they make you pull around to... the front door so their drive thru time looks good for corporate. You can be literally the only car in line and they will makeyou pull around to the front door to have someone bring out your food. Read more

I give this Taco Bell 1 star only bc I couldn't give it 0. I downloaded the app, set up and account, made my, order, paid, & and... was still waiting to pull up to the speaker-about 25 minutes. I was asked to wait. After 5 minutes I asked if everything was ok.After I was finally invited to the window, I was ignored again for a bit. After a total of about 40 minutes, I finally left withmy food. I will not be back. Read more

SLOWEST. DRIVE. THRU. EVER. Waited in drive through for 45minutes with 5 cars ahead of me. Waited 5 minutes at the speaker... before i was greeted. After I said I had an online order (i already paid for) they had me pull around to the front to waitanother 17 minutes to bring my food out to me. Several employees were socializing in the lobby. Got home with my order. It waswrong, missing items, and the crunchy tacos completely crushed. One was not even in a wrapper! If i could give negative stars iwould. This was a Tuesday night too. They are playing with the drive thru timer system. They are not taking your order until thecar in front of you is gone, then they give you your drinks super fast and ask you to pull around. Update(10/21/22, Around 8pm) Sat in line for about 15-20 minutes, get to the speaker and was told "there is a bunch of cars... ahead of us" and "it would be a 30 minute wait for food". Everyone else in line (about 6 cars) had already got out of line dueto the long wait time, we followed suit after being told this. But there were no cars at the window, apparently they had beenpulled into the parking spaces to wait. Food is good and have decent prices, but wait times have become terrible. Read more

Literally the WORST experience I think I have ever had at a restaurant. First, I sat at the speaker for 10 minutes. There were... no cars at the window, no one in front of me. I then ordered, went to the window and paid. After taking my money, the cashierthen asked me to pull in the parking lot. She did this to avoid having the timer rack up time. I advised her I would like to sitand wait at the window. She rolled her eyes and told me there were six other cars waiting for their order ahead of me in Theparking lot. I told her I?d wait right here. While waiting, I witnessed the cashiers taking selfies, giggling and playingamongst each other. After 12 minutes of sitting at the window, I beeped my horn to get their attention. I could hear the cashieryell ?beep? as in mocking me for beeping my horn. She finally came to the window and I advised I?d like a refund. She rolled hereyes again and said ?it?s almost done?. I told her there?s no sense in waiting almost 30 minutes for fast food. She got hermanager and they told me to come inside for a refund. I then had to park, get my 11 month child out, and go inside. They thendidn?t refund me the full amount at first because they left the drink the refund amount. The manager did correct this and giveme the full refund amount back though. I told him they need to tell us at the speaker how many people are waiting ahead of usparked because some of us don?t have 30 minutes to spend. He claimed they did, but they did not. Also, I said I will not becoming back and he said ?that?s your choice, it?s always been your choice?. Obviously this man and the employees do not care. Isaid it should not take 30 minutes to cook a quesadilla, and he advised ?I just work here, we?re short staffed?. I undereveryone is short staffed, but don?t play the timer system and make it appear you?re getting cars out in under 3 minutes whenyou really leave people sitting at the speaker for 10 minutes, then park them afterwards. Might as well drive to Macon to get food 45 mins in the drive thru with an online order half of the food ordered Isn?t... available. This is the second time this week.
