The food is amazing but do not come here on your lunch break. You will not make it back on time. Six people in line right now... and no one is even at the register. Need someone taking orders non stop, someone getting the drinks and a food runner to runfood for drive and front. Customer service is key here?..if you put these things in place you will definitely make more moneyjust saying. Woah had to come back and edit: mobile order suppose to be ready at 12:23 and they have no clue of anything aboutit. So now we got to wait for them to prepare. We just went here for breakfast on our way through town. Staff was very friendly from the time we walk in the door until we... left. Cashier, Jayne was so pleasant. Several of the staff spoke to us to have a nice day. Food was hot and delicious?my husbandand I both got the breakfast special. Fast service too, only had to wait a few minutes. Jack's is new to my city. My daughters liked them right off the back. It took me some time to visit due to my dietary lifestyle.... I'm including the experiences my daughters has had with the drive thru. My first visit was with a friend. He ordered a chocolatemilkshake, it had cookies in the bottom. Apparently my daughter has had it before and said it doesn't come with cookies. IDK, itworries me that if someone with an allergy ordered an item then it's possibly made incorrectly could cause them to have areaction. This visit they were out of their most popular sauce. Most times food items, drinks and sauces are not in the bag thatyou've paid or asked for. We don't live close to the city so it can be aggravating getting home then realizing you don't havewhat you paid for. Read more

Only one caviot, could not find a printed menu for every day single... serve items other than the posted menu behind the counter, everything was listed on a Catering Menu for 10 - 25 servings? Stood patiently at the counter for 10 minutes and was actively ignored by the manager and staff. Stood long enough to count the... obscene number of Flies on the walls, counter and glass. Several day old spills on the floors and counters. We left disgusted bythe filth and uncaring staff and luckily did not order any food. We instead went to Dairy Queen... Our experience at Dairy Queenwas amazing and the owners are on site keeping things running properly. Please don't waste your time or energy at thismismanaged dump of a Jack's and avoid any type of food consumption. Read more
