The Hut has replaced a different non-franchised outlet (guy retired to spend his money--too bad for us!) as our Fav in town.... Tough act to follow. We are a retired couple so it's nice to get a tasty MEDIUM size pie for around 12$. Check the specials. Gotwings a couple times: excellent also. Read more
Tables dirty and washroom filthy and smelled very bad. Lady behind counter could barely speak English and was quite abrupt and... unprofessional. Husband stood around doing NOTHING. No paper plates available to eat our food. Not a good experience. Read more

Thia locarion in Gravenhurst was very average. Food was good. Staff were friendly however they were just not interested in... providing good service. Just the bare minimum so that they could get back to whatever they were doing. I'm not dosappointed asthis is the level of service I expected from this location.
