Went through drive through tonight, waiting 5-6 minutes at the window for them to pass my food out ? drive home and realize I?m... missing a burger. Also well waiting at the window all i see were flies buzzing around everyone?s orders in the bags in washonestly quite gross. Take care of your negligent staff and buy some fly swatters. Read more
Went through the drive through around noon on a Sunday of a long weekend. The line was relatively quick for the amount of... customers. But by far this restaurant has the worst fries. For some reason, they were Luke warm. They're had to have been atleast 10 cars in front, with a half dozen behind me. So I'm failing to understand how they're not hot with so many customers?Also not the first time this has happened. And I had a mccrispy chicken. Stay away from that sandwich, not worth the money. Tonight the tables were dirty so when we chose our table I asked the lady at the cash register for some cleaner and a cloth. She... said she'd take care of and did we need it cleaned right away? I said we just ordered our food so she had a few minutes. Wenever did get the table wiped down. Most of the garbages were full almost to the point of overflowing. This location has the worst customer service that you could ever reasonably expect from a McDonald?s. They will charge extra for... condiments (even when they?re not listed on the self-order machines); and any changes or substitutions on your order will almostcertainly be wrong. The staff will argue with you if you try and raise such issues. The only reason that this location has aflow of business is because of its convenient location off the highway on the road to cottage country. Recommend any otherestablishments off the highway in Gravenhurst before McDonald?s - convenient location or not. Read more
Very bad experience. Stopped by on our way south and waited for very long to get our order when it was not busy. We saw many... employees standing around and talking when we were still waiting for our order. They forgot syrup and cutlery in the bag and wewent back to ask for it. The employee did not know where it was and took 3 try?s for him to give me the cutlery and syrup as hewas very confused at what I meant by ?I need a fork and a knife?. I have tried the new crispy chicken twice now. the first one was great. the meat was proportioned to the bun. the 2nd one was... way undersized to the bun. I'm sure it's not their fault. I like it better than the traditional McChicken. This menu item shouldstay(request)!
