My husband and I decided to try this new ,beautiful space in downtown Grass Valley, after attending an event nearby. It had been... on our minds ever since it opened as we?d pass by. From the tea service ( or you can just have a cup) to the meal prepared..Itwas a Fabulous Treat !! Our choice was Salmon poke bowl. Mine had a base of perfectly steamed sticky rice, fresh baby kale,crispyoung cucumber, sea weed that just had us looking under every kale leaf for just a little More..And lastly the fish itselftasted like it came in that morning, The preparation of the salmon was as if jewels had been added and after a splash ofpineapple ,mango habenero sauce.
