Called to ask them to include sweet and sour in my doordash order. They asked me if they could put me on a brief hold which I... said okay to. They put the phone down and went about their shift. After about 5-10 mins of being on "hold" I heard one workerask the person who put the phone down about "the person on the phone" the work who put the phone down said "I dont know I putthem on hold I dont know if they're still there". By the 10 min mark my dasher had already grabbed my food but I stayed on theline to see if they'd pick up and try to help me. Nope they hung up after 13 mins and 51 seconds. Absolutely horrible customerservice and relations. That person needs to be retrained how to answer phones and deal with customers. I dont normally complainabout businesses but something as bad as hanging up on a customer after putting them on hold for over 13 mins is absolutely notokay. I would give no stars if I could. I always have bad experiences here. Today I was attempting to pick up DoorDash order here but instead of getting the delivery... the employee walked away from me to do a different task. I unassigned the order and went on with other deliveries. I noticedseveral orders sitting there which leads one to believe they are not interested in servicing delivery orders. Good luck. Read more
Worst panda I've ever been too. They mad my food then it sat for 15 mins before they checked me out while making a phone order.... Also left out part of my order even though I reminded them at checkout it was missing. Only about 7 or 8 people all in all took20+mins. Staff has no clue what they are doing. Read more
They need to fire the cook and the manager! They are not consistent with other Panda locations. As you can tell from other... reviews. The orange chicken had too much vinegar and the nuggets were rock hard! The eggplant was not fully cooked! You haveto fully cook eggplant! Read more
