I ordered 6 pizzas online for a later pickup at the Grass valley, Ca location. My daughter and I were the only ones with the... name and pick up code, she went to pick them up and was informed that a tall man had already picked the order up. I called thestore and told them no one had picked my order up yet and no one else had the name or pick up code. The manager I spoke withdidn?t even offer to replace them or offer a refund and instead was trying to figure out what happened and informed me he hadthe name and pick up code. I had to call back again since they weren?t going to give her our order requesting a refund or mypizzas before they did anything. Not exactly sure how this man got the information but someone got a free 6 pizzas. Hope theyenjoyed them. Read more

Good place for basic pizza. I like their new online ordering service, but the staff often complete delay orders too fast, or... sometimes don't have your purchased items in stock or prepared. They are usually friendly, but I've had a couple who weresomewhat rude and came off like I was interrupting their phone time and once like I was interrupting their flirting. The pizza was at least MOSTLY consistent here, which is all you can really ask from a Little Caesar's location. If you just want... quick cheap pizza it's good. Although last time the whole center of the pizza was smashed down by some cert of machine which uh,was odd to say the least, still tasted pretty good anyways.
