Although it gets busy, the guy with dreads is really friendly and seems to genuinely care about customer service. He always... makes sure to attend every customer even when they?re swamped. The wings are always good so definitely one of the betterlocations with a clean environment. Read more

Placed an online order and waited in the restaurant to pick it up. This was not a busy afternoon so the workers were having... conversations about their personal lives which seem to be in shambles but I digress. One of the workers brought me my food andwhen I got back to the office I told my co-worker, who I was splitting the order with that the "food was here." He selected hisportion and commenced to eating. When he alerted me that the wings were boneless, I called wingstop to tell them they have givenme the wrong order. The young lady I spoke to on the phone wanted me to bring the half eaten order back to wingstop and shewould give me half my money back sense half of the order was eaten. I told her I would not be leaving work a second time andthat I would need my full refund of the order. She placed me on hold and left me there for at least 10 minutes. I did notreceive my refund and will likely stop visiting wingstops due to this poor service. Read more
