Slowest Whataburger in the entire State of Texas. There were no other customers dining in during our morning visit and it took... 20 minutes to get breakfast on Sunday morning. Seems like the employees just wanna chit chat with each other. Read more

Grapevine resident here, who has been to a bunch of other Whataburgers all over Texas. This is consistently the worst location... of the whole franchise in my experience. Crazy waits, messed up orders, bad attitudes, cold food. There's an In-N-Out close bythough. Read more
Took at least 35 minutes minimum to get our food, granted the food was decently good, but 35 minutes is a new record for a fast... food restaurant. Also, the milkshake machine was down. The guy that took our order was not very enthusiastic about ANYTHING. Iknow there is a shortage of people to work right now but this place was PACKED with employees. I see why the food took so longand their milkshake machine was down. Not cares whatsoever. We eat Whataburger ALL the time, but not at this location and willnever come back. Read more
Whataburger is the Chic-fil-a of burger chains. It it amazing? Objectively speaking, not really. However, it is good and it's... good every single time from location to location. The fries are always good, the burger is always good and the toppings havealways been fresh (unlike so many other chains). The lady who took my order was nice and did her job but idk how well she listened, even my wife who I was on a video chat the... time I placed the order in the drive through heard the order. I ordered 2 taquitos and a large order of fries. I got 3 cutelittle taquitos and no fries. The photo has a charging end to it to show how small these were. My wife was not happy she didn'tget her fries which makes me unhappy. Read more
I got 2 sausage egg and cheese taquitos and they were both terrible. The sausage and egg filling must have been cooked much... earlier and kept under a heat lamp or something. Normally their taquitos are great but I ended up throwing the second one away. Read more
