EVERY SINGLE TIME I visit this location I get the incorrect food or they leave something out. I typically place a mobile order... and it?s right there in print. Today was the last time. Ordered strawberry lemonade, got some kind of nasty red drink, ordered apeppermint frosty, got chocolate, ordered a salad that comes with pomegranate dressing, I got ranch. I know I shouldn?t expectmuch but $41 later, I should have correct food. You call them, they don?t answer. I?ll get an apple salad somewhere else goingforward. Geez! Read more
So I went to this Wendy?s and no one in the front to take an order , everyone seemed to be yelling at each other because the... chili ????? was out there are no drinks available in there station s the service was trash again no one in the front counter togive me my order or take it after I waited 30 min .. I really enjoy Wendy?s and am understanding when it comes to the food industry, but multiple times I?ve been interrupted before... I?m able to finish the order. Ok, not that big of a deal, but next items missing all the time.. maybe I?m being dramatic. Butnow, with those two things, the rubber bacon?? My burger was forgotten yet it tasted cold and like the meat was either old orjust not cooked properly. I wouldn?t post this review if it wasn?t for these things happening 3/4 times in the last year. Passing through, I?m from out of town. It was dinner time and I was hungry, so I decided to go through drive thru at this... Wendy?s. Got such a simple order a chili cheese bake potato. Wanted a fresh one. I repeated my order ar least three differenttimes and they still didn?t get it. Nasty food bad service. One of the worst potatoes I?ve ever had, so disgusting.
