I?ve always lived in Grapevine so I?ve visited this Sonic many times. It has always been great. Today I was driving on Northwest... Highway when my muscle paralysis kicked in and I could no longer drive safely. I got into one of their spots and the manager,Jessica immediately did everything she could to help me And sat with me until the cramping in my arms legs and hands went away.While feeding me bananas and water. I know this isnt what you guys do on a day to day basis, but it went WAY beyond her jobrequirements. She really did such a great job just in helping with a crisis, and I need Sonic to know how much I appreciate her.I hope you guys are able to find more people with character like this. Read more
This Sonic drive thru should be the example of others. Great Car Hops and the person taking the order spoke clearly and was... very friendly. Area outside was neat and clean. Promptness with food, fresh and hot. Read more

Always out of something always, only hard ice cream they serve anymore it's hot fudge sundaes and when you go in to get that... they're out of heart ice cream wow got plenty of shakes always even banana flavor but if you ask for a banana split we don'tserve it anymore the only hard ice cream they serve is hot fudge sundae so I ordered a hot fudge Sunday whoops they can't makeit no hard ice cream. Go figure never fails always have to change your order do to their always out can't make banana splits butthey have bananas to make shakes with wow wow wow wow no more I'm done no more Sonic for me also hamburger meat on hamburgers orthin enough to read through they need to be rated lower than a one but no place to market lower. Also no place to contact theirheadquarters/corporate office so I guess my next step will be better business bureau and health department, I figure if they'renot keeping up with with the items on their menu they're likely not keeping up with their help inspections if your ice creammachine cannot make hard ice cream maybe you're not cleaning it properly and the health department may need to inspect justsaying Read more

Before my graveyard shift, I want a measly sausage burrito. I pushed the famous red button, asked politely if Sonic served... breakfast all day to where the response was a very disappointing "we do". As if I just ruined his night. I asked politely, if itwouldn't be too much trouble to order the breakfast sausage burrito combo w/ an ice vanilla coffee. My order did not even ringup on the screen for me to pay. I waited patiently for 15 mins only to be ignored and they turned off the lights & closed.Absolutely disappointing, I always tip when I order there, & go there quite often, and to be completely ignored wasn't a goodway to start my shift & shows how they treat customers. Ordered 2 of the new sonic mocha blast on 10/21/2021 at around 9:30 PM and it was military green and tasted horrible!!! I wish... I could get my $11 bucks back and erase that taste. I can?t believe they would prepare this and serve it. I have had this in adifferent location and it was nothing like this disgusting green blob!!! Read more
definitely HATED every single experience at this sonic. if you order thru the app, your order will sit there endlessly,... collecting dust and getting cold no matter how many times you press the button to tell them you're there. on top of that, I'venever had a single successful order!! they always forget something or mess something up. not sure how hard it is to work at asonic but this one must be pretty difficult if no one can do it right. after my last terrible experience, I've decided to simplynever return.
