By far the worst experience I?ve ever had at a Sbarro. Pure trash. They charged me for some off brand garlic sauce and a slice... from yesterday. I don?t even want to eat this 14 dollar rip off trash. Read more
Got a pineapple pizza here because they flat out told me the pepperoni stromboli had been sitting there for three hours, which I... at least thank them for being honest but that is alarming. The pizza we got also tasted old and I couldn't finish it because ithas an off taste. Nothing looked even remotely fresh, the cheese looked like plastic on top of the pizza. Read more
I got exactly what I ordered, the pizza was hot and fresh. The service was quick, and the staff was friendly. For a food court... lunch, this was wonderful! Thin crust pizza lovers will love Sbarro. Read more
5:15pm today July 3, I'm ordering a whole pizza cause is cheaper than by slice I have 3 kids, so the guy told me that they are... not cooking more pizzas cause it's gonna take them 55min so I'm like ok I ll wait, so he goes back to an old lady and the ladycomes to me saying that there about to close, so that's why they are not putting more pizzas on the oven, so we went to TacoBell. I guess they just being lazy. I work on a restaurant and we tried to sell has much has we can and tried to get allcustomers happy but I guess this is not one of these restaurants. Read more
Yes I was very disappointed with this place. I prefer the crust from this particular company, and really look forward to eating... their pizzas. However the gentleman told me we only reheat the pizzas. I was asking for a large pizza and a Stromboli. Likedude, I?ve been going to Grapevine Mills mall for over a decade+. I even got this pizza for my Birthday last year. I know I canorder a large pizza there. He was just really rude, so I calmly just said I need to cancel my order. I just wanted your pizzadude. Stromboli and pizza looked so good ...they try to heat it up but they don't leave it long enough in the mini oven. Both were... cold, the cheese wasn't melting. Definitely not the NY experience Read more
