For a big box deal and let me tell you it was not a big box deal. It was a big rip off deal. I got a piece of chicken that... looked like a piece of shrimp... no way!! And at almost 20 bucks for my meal...Went up to the cashier who prepared my meal andshe ignored me, so a girl from the back came out then and only then did the old rude lady come and say that's how our chickencomes. Worst place ever.. They can never get the order right.. apparently they can't read there because my order was missing Mac n... cheese and some chicken.. my wife tried calling them for minutes and no answer...its cool corporate will be hearing aboutthis.. Read more
I will never come back to Popeye?s. Got two orders of ?popcorn shrimp,? which was a total of $21.73. They were basically small... worms. Mashed potatoes are fake and Mac n cheese was soggy and gross? I tried to get a refund, but they couldn?t because it wasfrom last night at 9pm. ?Okay, can I at least have a gift card or something?? No, because there was no manager there. Then theyasked me to come back ?in an hour or so? when she was there. Well, I have to go back to work, so that?s not going to happen.What a waste of money and time. Lobby was closed by 9pm on a Saturday. Door says 10pm. Tried ordering 36pc nuggets and they say they are frozen can't cook them.... Sounds to me this location has a management problem. They have the food so it's not a logistics problem. They have worker's.Then why the hell can't I get my food when I order it? it's on the menu pulled into the drive through around 908 pm because thelobby was closed for 36pc nuggets (they have 46 online only makes no sense). Second issue that I have is with the website. Youhave to create an account to order food can't check out or order and pick up as a guest without logging in I'm tired of creatingaccounts and logging in for the service to be horrible I would like to come back but if you can't make the food then what's thepoint... Should have known it was a bad idea to go to this Popeyes with a 3.7 avg review. The drive through server was way too bold to... argue with my husband when no one was arguing. She seriously made my husband who is a very hard to anger man, get mad afterbeing very patient with her. What took the cake for him was that she "took" the order and when he corrected her that it wasn'ta 2 piece that it was a number one spicy She literally raised her voice at him to tell him that she kept repeating the order forhim and he kept telling her "yes, yes" when all she was saying was "okay what else" and never repeated anything until my husbandcaught that she was not taking the order he was placing. She then started speaking Spanish talking about us not knowing that wetoo speak Spanish and that's when he lost it and told her she needed to not do that and to listen to the costumer instead oftalking about them. Purposely gave me more chicken breasts when I requested not to get any, and he was very aware that I did not want chicken... breasts. Went through the drive thru and asked if they had any dark meat chicken combos and the drive thru guy said NO. (therewas a pause) Then I went ahead and ordered the 11 piece mixed chicken that was posted on the store window. I asked if I cansubstitute to get anything other than chicken breast. The guy said NO, it is mixed chicken!......I said it's fine.... andordered. I was quite surprised that he purposely gave me 4 chicken breasts when the receipt said two. I ate them all so I amsure they are chicken breasts... two smaller and two were bigger. Don't know if he was having a bad day, he did not like measking questions, or he plainly just did not want customers going back. Read more
I can't understand how a place is empty and they can't give you good service. I ordered 2 chicken hips and a chicken breast and... couldn't believe the size of them. The three pieces of chicken together barely made one. You can see it in one of the photosthat I took one of them. They looked like a quail hen. To make matters worse, I don't eat the skin of the chicken, so when Iremoved it, the meat was reduced to nothing. I spoke to the person who attended me and they replied that this is how they arecoming now. They also gave us a mashed potato that we did not ask for and the person noticed it and about 3 minutes later hewent to our table, took it and also put it in a bag and gave it to a person who was at the window. I could not believe it. With the things that we are experiencing today with covid 19 and the most calm employee did that. The sauces that we asked werenot given to us and the side that I asked was given to me small and I ordered it large. I don't want to imagine if the placewere full how many mistakes I would make. Very unfortunate that the Popeyes chain has such a low reputation but you can seewhy. Read more
Service and food was amazing..I had the ¼ pound shrimp combo with the frozen strawberry lemonade, and let me tell you that I... was not disappointed.... & their blackened ranch is a must try (if you're a big ranch fan like me ????) 8 out of 10 will tryagain Read more
