Disappointed in this place. Placed an order for the nuggets. About 15 minutes later, got the pick up text. Turns out they were... out. It's really unfortunate that the kitchen and cashier weren't on the same page about letting customers know up front what'sunavailable versus making us wait for an order we're expecting and lost time on placing a different order elsewhere in the foodhall. Then kitchen staff offered to substitute something else. Had to step away to ask my out of town guest for theirpreferences. Returned and asked about refund option but ended up requesting to substitute with veggie dumplings. Was told itwasn't equal value. There's clearly nothing of equal value on the menu. I was offered white rice and slaw; also less than equalvalue. Are you kidding me? You ran out of nuggets and implied an offer of any substitute and now you can't make it right withdumplings nor offer other suggestions... I didn't even ask for a main entree like noodles or rice. I'm sorry but that isterrible customer service in my opinion. Read more

I absolutely love this location the best! I ordered the Dan Dan noodles and the flavoring was perfection. I love how I was able... to choose the level of spice. I also had the soup dumplings as well as the scallion pancake both of which were very good.Overall I enjoyed my experience and was please with the service. Highly recommend this location! Read more

Yesterday we got the Tofu dumplings from this place and took it home only to find out it was stale!!! I puked it out the moment... I put it in my mouth and it smelled funny too!! It was not consumable. How did they not check their food before selling it tothe customers? And why sell stale/old food?? I come here to post a review and I see pool of bad reviews. I?m not surprised!Overpriced and stale food. Never going to this this place. Rest of the places inside the Harvest Hall are good by far but justnot this one. No thank you! Read more

I?m a little surprised at the ranking here. I?m most cases on Google less than 4 stars would steer me away. But I was feeling... like noodles. This is a review of the Hot Spicy Beef Noodle soup. My order had a more beef brisket in it than I was expectingto get so that was a plus. Noodles seemed fresh. I ordered it mild but probably should have ordered a bit spicier. I seepeople complaining about price, but you have to remember this is attached to a new hotel and is in a food hall. It?s like foodtruck pricing in my mind. Some of the food in the other restaurants there can get pretty expensive as well. Read more

Way over priced for the quantity and especially the quality of food. I ordered the chicken stir fry. The noodles and sauce were... great but the chicken was low quality mystery meat with fat, bristle and other parts...???? One bite into that and I lost myappetite. When you pay almost $14 for half a bowl of stir fry I expected much higher quality cuts of chicken. There was verylittle chicken in the bowl and is was only half full. Sad to say but I think Panda Express might have better quality food. Iwouldn't order it again. Read more

Soooo good! Head chef was so gracious when my order was forgotten accidentally. Quickly whipped up my food and added extra... sauces. Great heat on the beef noodles and the dumplings were cooked perfect. Would definitely recommend for spice enthusiasts Read more

Unfortunately they were out of the burnt end brisket fried rice but part of the main reason I come here is for the soup... dumplings. They?re hard to come by in Texas. I first had them in New York and when monkey King opened in Dallas I was extremelyhappy. Now I?m even happier because Grapevine is closer to me than Dallas. Everything is great. You can?t go wrong here Read more

What a rip for what they charge and what you get. Ordered the Dan Dan Noodles with an extra side of noodles (+$3) and Burnt Ends... Fried Rice. Dan Dan Noodles was watery and bland. Burnt Ends Fried Rice was dry with not much meat. Now that I think about it,the burnt ends are probably from the packaged products you can buy at Costco. Would not recommend and will not be back to trythis place out with so many dining options in Grapevine. Read more
