Truly terribly run establishment. The restrooms look like a crime scene. When you get to the counter to order nobody helps. I... believe this is their way of forcing you to use the self serve kiosks, no signage or help, they just ignore you. This is bad oneven a McDonald’s level. Read more
This place needs new leadership & staff. I ordered literally cookies and a fry, took almost 30 minutes and I had to personally... go back to ask if it was ready. This store is absolutely terrible and disgusting. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Their rude, slow, and never make the orders right.... They are not the only Mc Donald’s in the area. You guys are better off going to the other one on Kimball Ave in Southlake. Read more

I understand being short-staffed but being rude and arguing with your co-workers in front of customers is very unprofessional. I'm certain I will never revisit this establishment. It always has to be someone uneducated in manners to ruin it for everyone... else. I had an extremely rude employee speak to me in a way I have never been treated in the customer service world. Ill bemaking my complaint to corporate promptly. This McDonald's has the worst service I have ever experienced. rude, they ignore you. Always want you to use kiosk that's why... they pay you $15 an hour and we have to your job too. Waited 15 mins for 2 breakfast sandwiches and had to get a refundcorporate needs to look into the management in charge it hasn't gotten better at all. Read more
