We frequently visit this location of Little Caesars. Even with inflation price increases, it?s still a bargain. 99% of the time... the pizza is great, my only complaint is they never have the classic pepperoni pizza ready, only the ?extra most bestest? for anextra dollar. Read more
I can't say I was impressed by this location. The first order went well. Pizza was ready at requested time. This 2nd time did... not go well. I ordered 9 pizzas at about 12:05 to be picked up at 12:45. I was sitting outside the shop at 12:45 waiting for thealert that the pizzas were ready. 4 other orders were picked up & still no alert. I went in at 1:00 & the pizzas were sitting ona table in the back. I checked the order & left. I received the first alert at 1:08 & a 2nd at 1:14. I had already picked up thepizza. The customer service here is just horrible! Every time I go to this location they make me feel like I'm bothering them for... placing an order. Today I went & the woman there was very rude (as expected) but couldn't even be bothered by putting my changein my extended hand, she placed it on the counter instead. Okay, but that's not why I'm writing this. The woman proceeded tostock the cooler & is practically running me over while doing so, so I move. No big deal right? Wrong. The next time she comesaround the counter to stock more she literally walked so close to me, she grazed my shirt sleeve, mind you I had moved for her.I thought it was just me but another lady came in & she acted the same way towards her. Oh, but instead of the change beingplaced on the counter it was practically thrown into the customer's hand & the change fell onto the counter. They shoulddefinitely learn how to treat people.
