Actually it's my first time to go to this place and it will be the last !! Before I ordered, I asked the cashier guy how big was... the tripple cheese burger? because I was so hungry, he said it's big, that's why I ordered it, and another Chicken sandwich formy daughter. So we where waiting for 10-15 minutes and there was no customers!! After I got my order, I opened my tripple cheeseburger and it was not what I expected!! It was SO small! I asked the guy "why is it so small? Can you change it?" He said NO!!Then he said do whatever you want to do I dont care in a rude way. Then I asked, "Can I speak to the manager?" He said I'm themanager and he didn't even have a name tag on his uniform!! So I asked for his name it was "Andrew" something like that. I reviewed this place 3 months ago. It is convenient so I tried it again. Every time you go, there is something wrong with your... order. I ordered a grilled chicken strip salad for my mother. The website shows sliced chicken strips and we got a slab ofchicken that does not look like it is grilled at all and tasted awful is what she said. Also, I ordered four junior baconburgers which were tasteful but it's not like they wrapped it correctly and everything was opened and all over the bag when Iopened the bag to eat them. I only go to this place because it is convenient for fast food. First time visit after 3 months andit's not worth it again. Read more
I deleted a previous negative review, because you also need to give credit where credit is due. For the 1st time in about 10... years, I finally received a fantastic burger from this Jack In The Box location. If this is the start of something good, pleasekeep it up. Service was great! My food was not. Worse teriyaki bowl I?ve ever had. I?ve tried to call the restaurant numerous times to voice... my concern. They don?t answer the phone. I didn?t get to enjoy my food at all, what?s the point of eating out. If you leavedissatisfied and hungry. This food was hard, salty and dried out. Not enough rice,chicken or broccoli for amount of food andsauce it requires . Made me sick. In times like this with high gas prices and cost of living going up. The service was horrible. I went through the drive thru and the worker told me he couldn?t take orders until 5am. So I responded... okay 5 o?clock is 10 minutes away so ill wait here. 2 minutes goes by and he get back on the speaker and told me he?s not takingorders until 5 and I said ok sir i know this i told u i was gonna wait right here until 5. He responds no you need to go wait bythe lobby and i was on a call so I couldn?t respond fast enough he yells hello and me. I told him i heard him. I move the car bythe lobby wait until 5 and drive to the drive thru again and he says well i still can?t take no orders my system is down. Iasked him why didn?t he tell me that in the beginning instead of letting me way until 5. He said i cant help you my system isdown. So i asked for his name so i can let corporate know exactly why my service was bad and he told me i will not give you myname.
