We came to this restaurant by recommendation and it was AMAZING. . My husband and i got 8 different tacos total and shared them... all. There was not one taco we didn't like. Grapevine Fuzzy taco space -This is the best place to have delicious tacos. Ambience - The ambience is simple , clean and... sanitized. This place got good amount of parking space, offers dine-in and out door seating too. The bar set up is also reallycool but not spacious. Food & Beverages - I ordered avocado taco and veggie taco , tacos are soft outside , crispy friedavocado with vegetables, tastes really delicious. Service - Due to too many orders, have to wait around 15-20 mins for my foodbut staff used to reach and update me the oreee status. service was top notch , they are really friendly andprofessional. Fuzzy's used to be really good now lacks flavor. Asked twice for hot sauce. They said they put it in. Got back to hotel... nothing. Beans were dry. Cheese was like warm. Read more

I have been coming to this location for YEARS and it is by far the best. This location used to be franchise but turned... corporate, however, they have maintained the franchise way which has us coming back - they do the right thing for the rightreason. Great grilled fish tacos! I eat a mainly vegan diet. I do love grilled fish, though. And, these are really good. Too bad... they don't have a choice for lettuce wraps... but, I can't knock them for not having the lettuce wraps. Fuzzy is a great choiceand the beans are really good! Read more

The food tasted as it was supposed to but the real problem was very slow service at the front counter, at the bar waiting for... drinks and the kitchen to getting our food. After waiting so long for our drinks I finally went to the kitchen window to ask forservice and the cook said that she'd be there in a minute because there was only 3 people on staff and she was the cook,dishwasher and bartender. The other girl at the counter obviously didn't know what she was doing because she had charged us forfood that we didn't order. When we took our tray of food to the table and realized a few minutes into eating that we had extrafood. I went and asked for a refund because we didn't order the meal. I was told no I couldn't have my money back because I hadtaken the food out of the serving window. I asked for a manager and was told that there was no manager on duty....*Update, it'sbeen over a week and I sent an email to the GM as was asked in their response below and still haven't heard back. I tried the Fried Avocado Tacos and they were amazing... just the right amount of crunch... delicious... the Latin fried... potatoes were a great addition today as well. I love Fuzzy's!!! My husband had the chicken taco plate and says that everythingtasted great! Read more
