I was very excited to try out Dr Sue?s famous Hot Chocolate and after going in early at around 11am today on 12/8/21 to ask... about their hours for the hot chocolate AARON was very rude. Ever since we walked in he didn?t even welcome us in. This was theworst customer service we got in all of Main Street. He was very dry and had no personality, he needs better training. Been coming here for several years. They have a lot of different options, whether fruit or spice based. Moonlight Mocha is my... favorite because, hello, coffee! In the winter. There is delicious hot chocolate. Definitely worth a stop. Read more
I can see why it is so highly rated. Personable staff, delicious interesting products. Do not eat it all at once, ration it out... a little every day. They provide free samples. Took the new TexRail from Ft Worth to Grapevine for lunch. After a very disappointing Tex Mex lunch at Esparza's, we had time to... kill before the train back. I'm so glad we stumbled upon Dr Sue's! This is some of the best quality chocolate I've ever tasted.We ended up buying the Cherry Pecan and the Smores bark. Both are so delicious! My favorite is the Texas Mendiant. Saltedchocolate with pecans and a candied jalapeno. It gave it a bit of a kick, but paired so well with the sweet and salty flavors. Ican't wait to go back and try more! Read more
Dr. Sue's Chocolate boasts AMAZING dark chocolate: made with delicious/better-for-you local ingredients like dried fruit, nuts,... honey, and more. I wasn't a huge dark chocolate fan until I tried their chocolate -An excellent selection of chocolates. Plentyof samples so you can find what you want, and customer service was good Don't know anything about chocolate? They are more thanhappy to educate you.
