Customer service was absolutely horrible. The experience was so bad it left a bad taste in my mouth. The manager was the most... unprofessional person I have ever met. Domino?s needs to reevaluate how hire and train these people. Domino?s ain?t got to worryabout me no more. Read more

This place doesn?t deserve any stars at all. Terrible customer service, and I?ve never been so disgusted. No one here seems to... have a care in the world and honestly its bringing down the value of the dominoes franchise if this is what Domino?s stands for.The entire team here needs to be retrained and reevaluated. I ordered my food and waited in the parking lot over 40 mins for food that was never made. When the tracked said my food was... done I proceeded to get my food, the time now was. 1:10 when I got to the door they stated they did not have my order and theywould not make my order I showed them the confirmation and they said they are not serving right now and there are no names onthe screen, I saw a cop pull up when I got out of my car but thought nothing of it he approached my car as I was findingsomething else to eat and asked me why was I here I stated to him that ive been waiting here so long for food that theyapparently aren't going to make he suggested I go to whataburger because they said a strange car was here and they didn't knowwhy.... I informed him I have a limited diet and I did in fact order food and showed him my confirmation he apologized but thiswas terrible it's the middle of the night and I have no food and the manager was extremely rude was trying to help and closedthe door in my face I would never get food from here and honestly it puts a bad look on the entire franchise. Horrible horrible experience. We tried to order online and we got a notification that our order was canceled minutes later. When... I called the store itself to ask why I was put on 30+ min hold. When I finally got through the employee said she was not takingany more orders 2 HOURS before they closed and she canceled our order and then hung up on me without letting me say anythingelse. When I called back to talk to a manager about my canceled order, getting a refund on my $65 bill ( since I paid online),and to speak to a manager in general, she stated she was the manager and hung up once again. When I called back a third time Isaid I simply want to know if I?m getting a refund on my card and she again hung up without answering my question and did notanswer for the rest of the night. Tried contacting domino?s support and still have not heard back. If I could give zero stars Iwould. Worst customer service ever. Read more

An hour after our dinner was supposed to be here (and 30 minutes of being on hold/repeatedly getting purposely hung up on) we... get ahold of someone being incredibly rude that delivered this burned (and totally cold) pizza. I highly discourage you fromordering from this pizza place. Read more

Not really happy with dominos right now. We ordered a pizza and to their credit it arrived promptly. The pizza however was... overcooked. So check this out, as soon as i called the young lady I spoke with asked me to have their pizza back ( so there goescovid worries out the window ) I was about to offer for them to pick it up anyway. We are trying to be honest. Btw one pizza was30 bucks tip already included. After I called I felt very disappointed because of how rude and uncaring the staff is, this wasmy favorite pizza joint. My wife wanting some answers called again to complain to the manager ( kalob) and first of all noapologies were offered, which would have smoothed things out right away. Kalob was way rude and you can tell he did not care atall to fix the problem or to help the customer feel appreciated and taken care of. That commercial on TV is a huge lie.... Wayto go dominos you just lost a customer who frequented your restorant 3 times a month. Read more

Funny True Story - I ordered a veggie specialty pizza online. I received a phone call to let me know that they had left off... one ingredient on half of the pizza so they were making a new one correctly and would give me the first one free - it would justtake a little bit longer to have them delivered because they needed to cook the new one. Fine by me! Delivery guy broughtboth, we were happy, then much to my surprise I discovered the new one was missing the tomato sauce! I'm still giving them 4stars! Probably a busy night or running low on ingredients. Read more
