We had always liked cotton patch and the chicken fried steak/chicken was one of the better ones around. Unfortunately our last... family order of this dish was pretty underwhelming and expensive for what we received ($100 for 3 adults and 2 kids, no drinksor dessert). This place has gone downhill and it shows in the food quality and shrinking portion sizes. Furthermore, when wewent to pickup the order, we were told the baked potato in our order would be another 45 minutes! We selected another side andtold the hostess we will gets some drinks and wait at the bar for our order to come out. We were totally ignored for 10 min andnever received so much as a greeting. Once we get everything home we discovered we were missing items. I called back in to askfor a partial refund of that item or perhaps a gift certificate. I was told that the refund would be applied in 5 to 7 days, soI waited. No refund ever showed up so I called back in and spoke to the manager on duty. The MOD wrote down my concerns andspoke with the GM. I was told that the GM would personally call me back later that day to discuss my options. Chicken fried bacon was back on the menu...my son loved it so we went. Food was really good and came out quickly and our waiter... was attentive. As the restaurant got a little busier we seemed to get lost in the shuffle and had to ask for the check so wecould leave. My son was happy though, so that's all that mattered. Read more

We've been to this location twice. It's a little of a drive but the service is excellent. The first time that we went, the... hostess took the order for the drinks after she saw the waitress hadn't come to our table yet! (This is great)! The waitresshad good customer service skills. We went late and they ran out of rolls but that's okay. The second time that we went, thewaitress was awesome again. She was a different one than the first time and our to go drinks were phenomenal. I was shocked butI can't complain about the service at this Cotton Patch. I tried the fried brisket. The sauce was right on point. I tasted themeat loaf and oh my God, the seasoning was better than ever. Keep up the great work! Read more
I ordered cinnamon apples and this is what I got. It's a fist sized glob of congealed syrup about the consistency of a watered... down gummy bear surrounded by a few shards of apple. You can't tell me whoever scooped this into a container didn't know exactlywhat had happened, but they sure let it be delivered to me anyway. Never again. Read more
Ordered a chicken salad sandwich from here tonight and got a sandwich drenched in whatever sauce this is supposed to be. The... side of the bread that was faced down into the plate was so soggy that it couldn't even hold the contents of the sandwich! Read more
Very good food and service. Compare with the one on the S Main Street, this CP is much better. Cobb salad taste fresh and soup... yummy.
