Updated review... Place has fallen off. understaffed, dining room and outdoor play area was closed. Pulled right up to the... ordering speaker and still had to wait 5 minutes to order. Food was not fresh. Pretty disappointing. Food was as good and ashot and fresh as most Chicken Express. DO NOT EAT HERE! I honestly don't even think this food was safe to eat. Someone needs to alert the health department. We are... missing 2 whole sides. My Mac and cheese tasted like soap and the other Mac and cheese we received tasted like mold. Thechicken tenders barely have any chicken and are dry and impossible to chew. We didn't find this out until we got home (we alsolive 20 min away) and we called asking for a refund and the manager said that in order to get a refund, we'd have to drive allthe way back. They did not care that this would take us 40+ min round trip during a storm. Their only response was that theywere sorry we didn't like the taste of the food and that they had not gotten any other complaints that day. Looking over thereviews, I doubt that. I've worked in a restaurant before and that is insane. I've always been able to refund and order bypulling up the ticket info. We have not had this problem at a chicken express before. Read more
The chicken was burnt and very crisp may have been dipped in oil twice to reheat. The price vs what you get is still pretty fair... though. I probably will not revisit this location. The staff were friendly and there was no line when I stopped by. Read more
I just got a 3 piece meal and Tea. The chicken was so tuff I couldn?t eat it, the biscuit was cold and gravy had no flavor at... all. I can deal with that maybe a bad day. But the ice tea was either being poured thru a tea container with a dirty nozzle orthe tea had been keep over night in a cooler or whatever. This is what makes people so sick sometimes they think food poisoningis the issue but this time it?s gonna be the tea. The tannings in the tea stick to. Plastic, metal or whatever it can and formsa mold like rubbery substance and it gives tea a distinct flavor and will make you so sick. I worked in FoodService for 36 yrsand for a Tea company. So I?m not going to turn them in. I just hope they read this and change their process and clean the teadispensers or quit holding it overnight. The health department will catch them if they don?t. Then they?ll have to change or goout of business because of people getting sick. It?s not hard for a doc to tell what the problem is because the tea will cause abad odor in peoples breath. Don't come here if you want all of your order. I had to wait ten minutes at the drove thru order speaker, then another 15... minutes in line, all to receive my strips cold and my roll missing. My tea did have ice though. Read more
They have the best *Spicy Chicken Tenders*, Fries are delicious, and nice portions. The gravy was good as well. The staff was... nice, patient, and efficient. I'm Definitely going back & would Highly Recommend.. Read more
Employees straight up ignored me an hour and a half before closing time. No one answered at the drive thru mic, so i went to the... side window and he had his headset on so he knew i was there, then he ignored me at the window after looking at me, Update:went a 2nd time so they can redeem themselves, ended up with someone elses order not even close to what i got, really upset withthis place.
