I was in Grapevine Tx for a Convention/Vacation last week at.Gaylord Texan Resort after sightseeing at Sea life. I found this... *Star* Agua Cabana in the Grapevine Mall, the staff was friendly they allowed you to sample the drinks, while maintaining a safecontrol environment by wearing a mask and gloves. Service was horrible. The manager , Kathy Garcia, was rude and unprofessional. She refused us service because we wanted time to... choose our drinks. She told us she didn?t have time for us and went to the next customer. When confronted she lied. When weasked her name she refused so we had to get it from another worker.
