I eat at this location at least 3 times a week strictly because the customer service. There are two ladies in the morning that... are always there that are friendly, fast, and you can tell they love to face fun with their customers! Food prep employees are not wearing masks. It?s a simple step to help reduce the spread of illness especially around food... preparation. It?s basic, like washing hands before Preparing food, at least during a pandemic. It?s not ok and I will not begoing back. Read more
Went at the lunch rush... They guys working the counter were at the edge of being overwhelmed. They kept it together, plowed... through our orders as quickly as they could, and were very pleasant. Great experience, and my sandwich was well made. Willdefinitely be back. As per usual, the parking was terrible, I recommend just parking in the rear lot. Read more
Went in the other day. Started off pleasantly enough, but quickly turned awry. Employee acted like I was going too slowly, so... when we got to the end and she asked if we wanted other subs, my brother said yes and what kind of bread he wanted and sheresponded with something about giving her a minute. He wanted a cold cut so she went in the back to grab the meat and the phonebegan to ring. She walked past it and then came out after 15 seconds and answered. The other party had already hung up. She cameback to us and muttered something about crank calls. It was then that I noticed that she had answered the phone with her gloveson and then went straight back to making our food. I should have said something as soon as I caught it. The rest of the timeseemed like she just wanted us to get out of there. As we were getting finished, an older man came in and another employeestarted helping him. He couldn't hear something she said and the girl helping us repeated it louder, but this time she said itslowly as if that would have helped. I don't know, it was like someone teaching someone else how to speak a new language. Itfelt so ridiculous. All in all, it just felt like an employee who really didn't care about her job. Read more
This Subway is the most efficient Subway ever. The place is about half the size of a normal shop but the ladies who work here... crank out the subs! They are always super nice and do a great job with moving a crowd through a very tiny shop. Read more
I love Subway food! I'd never eaten at this Granville location before but it was a great experience. I hadn't had Subway for... awhile because of a bad experience (at a different location) but this store made up for it. The young man that waited on me wasVERY nice and did a GREAT job making my steak sandwich!! I'll be eating there again. Read more
