I love this, Taco Bell because Aubrey and a couple others make it a great place. They greet you with smiles and make you feel... welcome. They take your orders correctly, quickly, and kindly even if they are specialty orders. The food comes out fresh,correct, tidy, and quickly. I called to have my food remade because I had it Doordashed and all food was not in there. Mind you I'm not asking for the whole... order to be replaced I was just asking for the 2 burritos I paid for to be remade and I would go pick them up. The manager tellme the first time I called "oh it's a doordash issue call them." Me thinking that's not right I asked my wife and call backbecause it wasn't right and I get the same manager. I said "hi i just called and it's cause my food is missing". He then tellsme, " And Like I said before that is a Doordash thing that's not our problem". Then he hung the phone up right after that. Thisis the worst experience I have ever had and if I have the choice I will never come back to the Allen creek taco bell due toamount of disrespect and lack of empathy. This happened on 7/7/2022. I love most of the late night staff. I door dash. If there's ever a problem they will correct it.
