Im eating at this subway right now and just had a sandwich made and as he build my sandwich I asked do u have any fresh lettuce... cuz all there Produce look gross And he told me no this is all we have this is what they delivered us . the guy was very fastwith me and And not professional in my opinion. So im sitting down trying out the sandwich I got and the bread is very Toughbread that's been sitting to long . he did say all they have Is wheat bread at the moment. But not hard bread. They need to fixthe place .I just told the place the bread was hard they should throw it out and he said they just put new bread in and Mybread was probably hard Because it was leftovers of yesterday. He Didn't ask me if I like a refun or anything so I will not becoming back to this subway on Williams Highway ever againTill they fix it. The ladies working there today were quick, pleasant and attentive. This is the only subway I've been to that didn't charge me ... extra to murder my sub with olives. The place was very clean and smelled amazing. Read more
It was later in the evening and only one other customer was present. I was quickly waited on as soon as the server was free.... They were out of some of their bread selections but had what I wanted I got a Subway Club with all the trimmings I wanted andthey still tasted fresh, even this late in the evening. Read more
We went there wanting to get our favorite sandwiches and was faced with having to find new favorites as the ones we liked were... discontinued. The place was seriously understaffed, had one poor lady doing her job plus the job of 2 others that weren'tthere. She had some shakes going on. She chatted nervously with customers and commented about her health. She was slow (I wouldof been too) kudos to her for muddling through, but seriously subway needs to Hire more staff instead of having 1 person whoclearly could of used the much needed support. The service was good and store was clean. But my soup was only half full. I didn't notice until I got home. I won't be going... back to this location getting short changed. I always get soup and was shocked I paid so much for a small amount of soup. Read more
It's a shame, that i have to give this rating. My family, love's Subway sandwiches. The problem is, the Williams hwy location,... is horrible!! The young girl tonight, was absolutely rude. She acted like, we were imposing on her time. Not to mention, hernonchalant attitude, about sanitary practices. She went to the back, to retrieved more cheese, had touched everything backthere, with the gloves, she was making our first sandwich with, and then started making our second sandwich. I had to ask her,to change her gloves. She had a total attitude, with me and then, was down right rude. This location, is also known for, beingout of all ingredients. They need, to get better management and train these people. When a patron comes in, smiles, asks, howare you tonight, you should have some sort of polite and welcoming acknowledgment.
