The way I start my morning! I love this Starbucks and the staff is most of the time very friendly. Quintin is always so kind,... funny and fast when he works the window. He makes you smile even if you have a bad day. I am so glad we have Starbucks here. Read more
They were out of the fruit for a dragon fruit drink and didn't really seem to care which was frustrating since it was my first... time trying the drink. Drinks and food seemed the same here as any other Starbucks. Convenient location right off of the freewayexit. Read more
Just ordered a chai tea latte. It was not made correctly. They remade it and it was still wrong. Not sweet at all and nothing... like any chai tea latte I?ve ever had. I have NEVER had Starbucks make a chai latte wrong. Ever. They swore up and down it wascorrect. Claimed it was due to ?not having nutmeg this year?? umm, no, it was just plain wrong. And I?ve ordered a chai latte ata Starbucks in a grocery store across the street with no issue, so if this was a Starbucks wide thing, that would have been madewrong too. This Starbucks did not offer a refund and I will never be back. To the manage of this store: I?d revisit how to makea chai tea latte with your employees. Threw mine out and went to the human bean instead and got a perfectly fine chai latte.Wasted $5 and about 30 min in the drive thru line since they were exceptionally slow as well. Disappointed.
