Great food, great service great atmosphere
I will NEVER suggest this to anyone again. 7 years I've been eating here and the last 3 months EVERY visit has been HORRIBLE!!!... Portions half the size constantly getting my orders wrong (due to a food allergy)and get home only ti find out icant eat what ipaid for because of an allergy and I live over 8 miles away so driving back isnt an option. I've called everytime and yet noones willing to make up for food that they messed up and that is beyond disappointing. I called 2 times and Bobby who claimed tobe a manager promised a call back and said he will gladly give me my food free on next visit just ask for him. I did that but hewasn't there both times. Today I ordered the quesadilla and it HAD LITERALLY NO CHEESE!!!! The only worthy employee is thefemale manager from the f street location but she's not there very often. Read more
Tacos were decent not great but been here a few times and never had bad customer service until the girl at the window supposedly... the owners daughter said I was lying. Weird way to approach customer service. Long story short I work with magnets whichdeactivates swipe on my cards unless you have chip reader. They don?t so like the day prior I try to give her my credit cardnumber for a manual type in and she said ?they can?t do that? even though I did the day before lmao. Ended up just using adifferent card but the fact that she only refused to listen and get VERY loud in an attempt to prove herself right is hilarious.Terrible customer service skills!!! Read more
Just drove through and ordered pinto beans a la carte! The beans hit the spot. They also included a choice of hot or mild... salsa. I chose mild, and it had great flavor! Read more
Legitimately get these loco fries every other week recently. Delicious. Perfection. I don't care about the price with how good... they are. And the Horchata is the best my husband had ever had. He never complains at how often I go there if I get him one or2. BUT there is a downside and that is that they do not have there XL cups anymore. The last 4 lx I went they have been onlysmall. 09/06 at 8:25-8:45pm We were literally waiting for 20 min. with ONE car in front of us. We timed it! The car was obviously... friends with the lady at the cashier... Playing games with the window opener, throwing cups back and forth. All the while wewere the only car behind them waiting on our food... You just lost a customer. Read more
I normally absolutely love Si Casa Flores but this new Si Casa Express was awful. The managers kids were climbing everywhere... and looking for mom. Our order was wrong twice, we had to ask for things more than once. It was 2 hours before close and notbusy but staff appeared to be more interested in getting cleaning done than taking our order, we had to wave them down more thanonce. I won't be back to this establishment. Food was good and beautiful building but that doesn't make up for service. Read more
