The chicken nuggets were incredibly old but that's pretty much to be expected at McDonald's, and just like drive-thru or sitting... out in the parking lot a lot of people are too lazy to go back in and complain about it when it should be right the first time,it's hit or miss and it took a little bit longer to take our order and we were inside. So the kiosk would not Work,So I went up to the register and shared that I was trying to redeem a free breakfast sandwich egg... ham whatnot and he charged me for it and I said no that's free and he goes no you're just redeeming points well that's what Iwas redeeming at the kiosk and before I could explain it to him he charged me for it so I said well look can you just take itoff he continued to charge me for it and then started another order so needless to say I was very upset I let my wife finishordering we have been here almost 45 minutes and no doubt it's because of that who spends 45 minutes out of McDonald's unlessyou have a disagreement with the manager Read more
Dropped in here 8/29/22 driving south to redwoods. When I walked in, noticed there were only a couple ppl working. They were... working hard like a well oiled machine. The manager was really directing well. Despite this I wasn't expecting a very good mealbut to my surprise the food tasted fresh and I didn't have to wait very long. Thanks guys Read more
This is the dirtiest nastiest place. there is food caked in to all of the kids toys and climbing equipment, all the tables are... dirty and nasty there's only 3 people in the restaurant eating and no one is cleaning. anything it literally does not look likeit has been cleaned in a month..the employees are standing around visiting each other. Ordered 2 large sprites through the drive thru. Easy enough. Nope. Got one sprite and one water. I seriously feel like that was... on purpose. It wasn't that the sprite mix ran out. It was straight up water. Went into the lobby to get what I paid for and wasgiven a bit of attitude. I just wanted a dang sprite that was paid for. I ordered the soda without ice. The girl at the window would change it without a problem. Suddenly, I assumed her superior and... gave us the sodas with ice again. I asked again for the ice to be removed as I have a cold. The one at the window tried tochange the soda again, but the other lady got upset saying "that's what I'm going to give you." After all, at least one sodathey gave me without ice. And the others? here the photo. Staff pity. Not by the one from the window since she felt milesaway that she was oppressed by the other one. The McDonald's fast food restaurant here in Grants Pass is an okay place to get some food. The restaurant seems reasonably... clean, and the employees are helpful and fairly friendly. The food is everything you'd expect from Mickey D's. Next time you'rein the neighborhood and are a little hungry, stop on by! Read more
