After the window person was unable or refused to change my big mac meat patties to 1/4pd beef patties ("because there isn't a... button for that") myself and my elderly friend both became seriously Ill as we entered the John day wilderness for 2 weeks ofelk hunting. Fortunately 24 hrs later we were back to making tracks tipping bottles and finding yeller stuff in the creeks. Nothanks to this place. So hope they do better for any of you. Read more
This McDonalds is the worst. I?m tired of the incompetence when taking orders, and cold fries, not to mention short pour on the... soda. I went through drive through tonight 10/4 at 9:20 pm and ended waiting until 9:50 to get my cold fries and incorrectorder. This is not the first time this has happened. Paying way to much for complete incompetence and cold food at McDonalds. Read more
There's fast food here, some of it is tasty. Unfortunately I didn't see Mayor McCheese here nor a single fry guy so I sobbed in... the bathroom for about 15 minutes before ordering, like always. Possibly haunted by the spirit of the grimace???????? Read more
Not very busy when we showed up. Took forever to order. The person taking our order must have been new because they were slow... and we had to repeat our order several times. Once we received our order, a couple items were not correct. I usually don'tmind fast food in a pinch, but the cost is so over- priced now, it really is not worth it. Read more
It was a typical trip to McDonald's. Upside it was quick service and that's appreciated since we had a long trip ahead of us and... we got back on our way quickly. Down side was the McChicken that was ordered we asked for pickles plus extra pickles and only 3pickle chips were on it. Read more
Bathroom was out of soap. The eating area did look pretty nice. The staff themselves seemed upset/ unwelcoming. The line was... super long when I was in and the vibe didn't feel comfortable while in the building. Read more
Ordered chicken nugget meal with fries taste like it's been setting out all day drying in the heat lamp. Hard as a rock. The... fries was just as stale. I used to enjoy McDonald's. Now these McDonald's in gp are a hit and miss. Mostly a miss. I have morenegative things to say than good with my experience at these McDonald's.This location is the worse by far. Is it too much to askto have fresh and hot cooked food. Absolutely no heat what so ever to the food. I should break open a nugget and see steam. Ifeel like I'm eating food that they throw away at the end of the day that's how poor the food quality is. These bad experienceslose my interest in returning. Read more
Lady at the drive through window was so rude, I don?t understand how she was hired in the first place. I asked for a bunch of... extra salsa for the amount of burritos I got and handed me 3.
