I take responsibility for my part in the bad experience I just had here, but still just kind of bugged me. I went in to get a... fountain drink and I only had $1.45 in change on me and their largest size was $1.40, so I filled up the cup and when I got tothe counter I pulled out the change and realized I lost a quarter at some point, so I was short $.20, so I let the kid know andhe was like so you dont want the drink then. I said I still did and had to go out to my car and literally dig for $.20 whichluckily I found and purchased the drink. When I went back in he literally counted every penny before giving me the drink. Wasvery rude!!! Whoever does the hiring here for customer service should be fired if this is who they hire to be the face of theircompany, in my opinion! Read more
Managers are incredibly rude to customers and tell at them to get out of the store if they don't like their attitude. Gas... attendants refuse to serve anyone they feel is talking to them poorly. I've seen managers cuss out employees in front ofcustomers. This place needs a complete overhaul. Shop elsewhere. Read more
Love these guys, we live just down the way from them, so we are regulars, they are always smiling and joking with us, it is a... very friendly and enjoyable experience with their crew, be it at the register, the pumps, or at the deli. And my puppy lovesthem too, when we go to get gas she knows the people with the safety vests will always offer her a cookie. Can't say enough goodstuff about these guys! Read more
I tried to hate them. I really did. Lil Pantry took over 4Corners market. It had always been 4Corners. But they have a great... store. Best hot deli food and wonderful staff. Iv never visited a mini mart very often but find myself in a Lil Pantry almostevery day now. 'Keep up the good work guys, you are raising the bar for mini mart experiencs. Thank you.' Read more
We had a wonderful sandwich from Lil' Pantry that we had received at the surgery center. We liked the sandwich so much we went... to Lil Pantry the next day. The customer service was horrible. The young man behind the counter helped three people that came inafter us. One of them had a to go order (understandable) but the other two customers he helped before us. We left disgustingwith the lack of service. Read more
The staff is great here but nobody wears masks here, not even the 4 people behind the counter making the food. I may be... switching to the market an deli across the street, they don't have people piling inside without masks. They all wear masks andhave taken proper precautions, it shows they care about the customers and eachother. I really wish they did things differently. Read more
First the 2 young men behind the counter were busy yet displayed great customer service while working together to get orders... out. They were very attentive to the sandwiches they were making and I can say it is one of the best I've ever had. I was therearound 12:30. Girl that rang up my order showed compassion and a general interest in customers. Read more
person at the counter was wearing elf ears and fully danced to The Cars while the card reader loaded and bathroom key is a... wooden stick that makes you feel like you?re going on an adventure. had the most delectable turkey and cheese hoagie and thekind elf wished us well on our journey as we left. this establishment is flawless. no notes.
