"SUPER CUSTOMER SERVICE" Friday i went thru the motown db stand and this young man, Teddy, who was so kind helped me. (He... actually deserves kudos every time I go thru - i just don't have the time to go on line to give them.) He ALWAYS remembers myENTIRE familys drinks... while the girls were busy talking this young man was taking orders, making drinks, helping otherworkers, I would like to steal him away for my own business, i wish there were more workers in this town with his work ethics.He makes my drinks just perfect, when no one send to get it right.???? btw: I come from Merlin to his stand. Today is my birthday and Dutch Brothers offers a free coffee for your birthday also my dog was with me she got a puppuccino... which they offer for free and I got my sugar free coffee blend it was Splendid and it didn't cost me a thing I wanted to leave atip but I don't carry cash and I wanted to offer it to be deducted off of my debit card they said they couldn't do that soactually everything was free free yay. I always go to this Dutch Bros, super friendly and polite staff. They ask how your day is going or what you are up to for your... day. They make sure to take a picture of your of phone so you will get credit of your purchases. I have never had a bad drinkfrom this store. Read more

I have given Dutch Bros plenty of tries, but unfortunately they are not for me. The employees have mostly been nice, but I... haven?t found a coffee drink I like. The drinks are loaded with sugar and there are not many options for people who are healthconscious or can?t have milk or sugar. Their sugar-free options taste like an afterthought and there isn?t much variety.Anything I?ve ordered in this category has been difficult to stomach. Fortunately, there are other coffee shops in the GrantsPass area with more options. Read more
