Order was small chicken strips,I got the basket ,2lg French fries,2 large cones the cones were very small cost 26.00
So it took 15-20 minutes to get my food which is fine I get it they are busy. But the whole time I was waiting in the lobby I... could see them making the food. They weren?t wearing gloves which is like ok. We will not be back! Our food was cold and the blizzard was evidently sitting for a while also. She didn?t tip it over and when... I looked at it I said? well now we know why she didn?t turn it over the thing would of poured out. I got 3 bites of real softice cream, the rest I drank! Not 1 brownie piece! Our burgers were cold so we?re the fries and then my son opened his baconcheese burger, there was not a patty on there! So we drove around hit 4 stop lights and finally got back to the store. By then ucan imagine the blizzard and fries. I went in showed the girl ?manager? no patty she says oh, grabs it and takes it back to havea patty put on it! Not coming back to here that is for sure. We ordered two orders of chicken and they gave us one tiny half filled ranch cup. When... I asked for 2 more they said they were fifty cents each. ???? the one we had wasn't even full.bathrooms shut down too...ugh. notthe way to win customers. Read more
So waiting in the drive threw for a really long time and only ordered a blizzard but I had a good show while waiting. one of the... employees came sprinting out the back door and ran over to the order menu and came sprinting back like 30 seconds later got tothe door (was locked) screamed in a deep weird broken voice the f word loud enough for everyone in the drive thru to hear andwent running to the front of the building... I had my windows down and a kid in my car who then asked me what was wrong withthat man... wish I didn't have to explain to a kid why an employee acted that way.
