I hadn?t been in in awhile, but I really wanted a Scram-bowl today, so after my sons dentist appointment, we went. It was gross.... I propped up my bowl with a spoon to try to drain away some of the grease. I was really hungry, so I did eat most of it, but Iwas definitely filled with regret afterward. I've never been dissatisfied with the food at BB, but the service was super slow. Our waiter was awesome however took just over... an hour from time order was placed until it was brought to our table. I assume this is a labor shortage issue. That said I'dhave no problem returning! Read more

Dinner on 9/22/22 - no turkey, no baked potatoes, disappointing. Had chicken pot pie, kind of meh. But we had Ron as our waiter... and that made this a terrific experience. Wonderful sense of humour, warm, polite, professional, outstanding service. He's agem, very happy to have encountered Ron, made our day. Very happy we stopped in, memorable in a very good way! Went here for one last meal before my diet started. Good choice on my behalf. New York steak was done exactly as u ordered it.... Even the side dishes were delicious. Dinner was good but less than stellar. The server was nice. When we asked to split a brownie with ice cream the server gave us... each our own cherry and more than half of the ice cream. Such a wonderful diner restaurant, the staff was very friendly, I mean every single one. The service is incredible. The food is... very filling and delicious. We went there on Christmas Day and the restaurant was very busy but you can see they tried to serveyou asap. Also you can have the contactless menu and pay your bill on your phone.
